General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Snuggle & Snooze Bali, operated by PT The Sunsun Group. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations & minimum stay

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings.

Reservations are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Payment

Full payment is required before the start of your stay.

If full payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
3. House rules

Guests must follow the house rules as provided on-site at the villa.

The house rules form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
4. Dogs on the property

Snuggle & Snooze Bali is also a holiday home to dogs.

Guests must follow all rules and guidelines regarding the dogs, as provided on-site.

Guests acknowledge that interaction with the dogs is at their own responsibility and must be respectful at all times.

Guests are not allowed to bring their own dogs or let outside dogs/street dogs onto the property.
5. Use of the property

The property may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking.

Guests are expected to treat the villa, furnishings, and surroundings with care.

Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
6. Liability

Snuggle & Snooze Bali and PT The Sunsun Group are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests stay at the property at their own risk.
7. Changes and cancellation

Snuggle & Snooze Bali reserves the right to make reasonable changes to bookings if necessary.

Cancellation policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
9. Force Majeure
Snuggle & Snooze Bali and PT The Sunsun Group shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:

Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, volcanic activity, floods, storms, or fires)

Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

Government actions, travel restrictions, or changes in laws or regulations

Power outages, water supply issues, or infrastructure failures
-
War, civil unrest, strikes, or acts of terrorism
-
Any other circumstances beyond reasonable control that make the stay impossible or unsafe
In the event of Force Majeure, Snuggle & Snooze Bali reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the reservation without being liable for compensation or damages. Where reasonably possible, we will inform guests as soon as practicable.
Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, if any, will be handled at the sole discretion of Snuggle & Snooze Bali.
