Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made with Snuggle & Snooze Bali, operated by PT The Sunsun Group. By making a booking, the guest agrees to this policy in full.

1. Payment terms

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

2. Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid.

Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Illness or injury

    • Flight delays or cancellations

    • Visa or travel documentation issues

    • Personal or family circumstances

    • Natural disasters or force majeure affecting the guest

3. Rescheduling by the guest

Rescheduling more than 30 days before arrival

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 1 month before arrival may be considered, subject to availability.

  • If approved, an additional fee may apply, calculated as:

    • The applicable rate for the new booking period

    • Plus a 10% administration fee based on the total booking amount

Rescheduling less than 30 days before arrival

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 1 month before arrival may be accepted solely at the discretion of Snuggle & Snooze Bali.

  • If approved, an additional fee may apply, calculated as:

    • The applicable rate for the new booking period

    • Plus a 30% administration fee based on the total booking amount

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be refused without further explanation.

4. Cancellation by Snuggle & Snooze Bali due to guest negligence

No refund will be issued if Snuggle & Snooze Bali is required to cancel a reservation due to:

  • Negligence

  • Misconduct

  • Breach of the Terms & Conditions

  • Failure to follow house rules or on-site instructions

5. No-shows and early departure

In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, no refund will be issued for unused nights or services.

6. Force majeure

  • This Refunds & Cancellation Policy remains applicable in cases of force majeure affecting the guest.

  • Force majeure affecting Snuggle & Snooze Bali is addressed separately in the Force Majeure clause of the General Terms & Conditions.

7. Travel insurance

  • Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical issues, travel disruptions, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Failure to obtain travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest.

8. Currency, fees, and refund processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment currency.

  • Any bank charges, currency conversion costs, or payment provider fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

9. Final acknowledgement

  • By completing a booking, the guest confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Accept that all time limits and fees are strictly enforced

  • Waive any claim for refunds outside the terms stated above
