Check-in is from 11:00 and check-out is at 11:00.If you need a late check-out or help with storing your luggage, please contact us. We will do our best to assist based on availability.

Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, drinking water, pool, housekeeping, bathrobes, shower & pool towels, toiletries and parking for your scooter. You’ll also find some little extras for you and your foster pup, including treats and toys. And if you get creative in our arts & crafts area, anything you make is yours to keep!

Yes! Breakfast is included and served between 8:00 and 10:00. Choose whatever you fancy from our little breakfast menu and let us know about any dietary preferences. And if there’s something you’re craving that’s not on the menu, just ask. we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Snuggle & Snooze is located in Yeh Gangga, a peaceful little village on Bali’s west coast. For privacy and safety reasons, we don’t share our exact location publicly. You’ll receive the Google Maps pin with your booking confirmation

Yes. Housekeeping is provided 6 days a week.

Absolutely, little humans are welcome too! Just keep in mind that the pool is unfenced and the house isn’t specifically set up for children, so little ones will need to be supervised at all times. We don’t provide things like high chairs or children’s beds as standard, but we’re happy to accommodate special requests where we can. Just let us know in advance!

Our house is smoke-free indoors, but you’re welcome to smoke outside. We just ask that you’re mindful of other guests and always fully put out your cigarettes and dispose of them in the ashtrays provided. especially with lots of curious pups around.

Usually, no. Your booking includes your own private room and en-suite bathroom, while the kitchen, living areas, rooftop, garden and pool are shared with other guests. If you’d like the whole place to yourself, you can also book the entire house, subject to availability.

No staff stay at the house overnight. Our gardener and housekeeping team are around from 8:00–12:00, six days a week. If you need anything outside of those hours, our team lives nearby and is available day or night to help.

Yes. The villa has a gated entrance and is located in a safe neighbourhood.
