So, what exactly is Bali Paws?

What started with one tiny puppy found in a trash pile somehow turned into a Puppy House full of rescued dogs and a whole team of people taking care of them.

Things escalated pretty quickly. 😂

Today, our Puppy House is home to dozens of dogs. Most of our pups were found sick or injured, others were abandoned or simply had a really rough start in life.

We take them in, get them the medical care they need, work on their fears, help them get used to people and other dogs, and basically show them what life in a loving home can look like. Until, hopefully, someone falls in love with them and takes them home for good.

But that’s actually just one part of Bali Paws!

Besides rescue and rehabilitation, a huge part of our work is sterilising and vaccinating hundreds of dogs throughout Bali every month. We also visit local schools to plant seeds and show kids that dogs can be friends, and why it’s so important to be kind to them.

Because ideally, we’d love to live in a Bali where dogs don’t need rescuing in the first place.

Until then, we’ll just keep doing what we’re doing. And the lovely thing is, you can be part of it too!

Our Puppy House isn’t a place where dogs just sit around waiting to be adopted. We take them to the beach every single day, they get to play, socialise and enjoy life. And we love having people join us!

You can come along on our daily beach walks, spend time at the Puppy House, get to know the dogs and, who knows, maybe even fall in love with one of them.

And since you’re staying at Snuggle & Snooze, you get to take it one step further: you can invite one of our rescues to stay with you. Yes, an actual sleepover with a rescue dog! 🥹

For you, it might just be a lovely way to spend your holiday. But for our dogs, having someone give them that extra bit of love and attention means so much.

And who knows, maybe you’ll leave Bali with a few extra paw prints on your heart.
